We currently have two full-time chef vacancies at David's Brasserie.

We are looking for enthusiastic, creative and fully qualified chefs to assist in running our large and busy restaurant kitchen. David's Brasserie offers a quality dining experience within the Trentham Estate. We pride ourselves on serving high quality modern cuisine, with an emphasis on fabulous, fresh local produce. We are an award-winning restaurant that often caters for a variety of events including wedding receptions, corporate and private functions.

 

The successful applicant will have previous experience:

Working within a professional kitchen team

Setting menus and food preparation

Ordering and monitoring supplies
Presenting/cooking and preparing meals to a restaurant standard.

 

Attention to detail is a must, as is demonstrated culinary expertise. We want someone with creativity and passion about food to help us produce innovative dishes and enhance the overall dining experience for our many customers.

Please note: Previous professional kitchen/restaurant experience, reliability and hard-work ethic is essential.
